Our Service

History

Start-up Phase (2015-2018)
Founded in 2015, the company initially focused on R&D and production of traditional fuel vehicle chassis parts. Through unwavering commitment to quality, we quickly built a solid reputation in South China and established partnerships with several well-known domestic auto parts brands.

Strategic Transformation (2019-2020)
With the rise of new energy vehicles, we decisively entered the BYD new energy parts sector. In 2019, the first production line for BYD Qin series lower control arms was launched. In 2020, we obtained IATF 16949 quality management system certification, fully aligning with OEM supply standards.

Technology Upgrade (2021-2022)
We introduced professional inspection equipment including CMM, dynamic fatigue testers, and salt spray chambers, establishing OEM 3D data reverse engineering capabilities. Our product line expanded from single chassis components to comprehensive series covering brake systems, steering systems, cooling systems, and body exterior parts for popular BYD models including Qin PLUS, Han, Tang, Song, Seal, and Dolphin.

Scale Leap (2023-2024)
Our factory expanded to 10,000 square meters, with the team growing to over 200 employees and annual production capacity reaching 1 million units. We established an overseas sales team, exporting products to over 30 countries and regions across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. We became a long-term strategic partner for numerous BYD specialty repair shops and collision repair centers.

Intelligent Driving Era (2025–Present)
Keeping pace with the launch of BYD's second-generation Intelligent Driving Edition models, we simultaneously developed high-quality parts for new models such as the 2025 Qin PLUS, Han L, and Tang L. We continue to invest in R&D, striving to become a globally leading supplier of BYD new energy parts.

Customers provide full drawings or samples; we strictly follow: process review → tooling development → sampling validation → PPAP approval → mass production & delivery
Based on customer functional requirements, we independently perform: structural design (SolidWorks/UG/CATIA) → thermal & mechanical simulation (ANSYS) → rapid prototyping → pilot run → mass production
