Product Description

Our factory specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality automotive suspension components. The BYD Qin Pro Fuel Lower Control Arm (also known as front lower suspension arm, lower wishbone, or front lower control arm) is a precision-engineered OE-grade replacement part designed specifically for the BYD Qin Pro (2018–present, Fuel version). As a professional automotive chassis parts manufacturer, we integrate advanced stamping, welding, and assembly technology with strict quality control to deliver products that meet or exceed original equipment standards.

The lower control arm is a critical structural component of the front McPherson independent suspension system. It connects the vehicle’s subframe to the steering knuckle (wheel hub), serving as the primary load-bearing element that transmits forces between the wheel and the vehicle body. The control arm ensures proper wheel alignment geometry (camber, caster, and toe), absorbs road impact forces, and provides stable handling characteristics during acceleration, braking, and cornering. The L-shaped control arm is connected to the subframe via rubber bushings and to the knuckle via a ball joint, enabling smooth vertical wheel movement while maintaining precise wheel positioning.
