Installation Instructions

Important Safety Note:
Front windshield replacement involves body structure disassembly/reassembly and adhesive curing—must be performed by professional technicians in a dedicated workstation. Do not wash the vehicle or drive at high speed for 24 hours after replacement to ensure adhesive fully cures.

Tools Required:

• Glass removal tools (wire saw/special cutting knife)

• Glass suction cups

• Caulking gun & special polyurethane adhesive

• Sealing rubber

• Cleaning solvent

Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Remove old glass: Use special tools to remove the damaged windshield from inside the vehicle

2. Clean glass frame: Thoroughly remove old adhesive residue, clean the metal frame

3. Pre-treat new glass: Clean the edges of the new glass, apply glass primer

4. Apply adhesive: Evenly apply special polyurethane adhesive to the glass frame

5. Install new glass: Use suction cups to carefully position and install the new glass

6. Adjust and press: Position the glass correctly, press to ensure full contact with adhesive

7. Camera calibration (Smart Driving): For models with integrated triple-camera, perform camera calibration after installation
