Product Description

This product is specifically designed for the A/C system of the BYD Qin PLUS DM-i. It is a core transmission pipe assembly that connects key components such as the A/C compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve. The A/C hard pipe assembly is responsible for circulating refrigerant between components, transporting gaseous and liquid refrigerant via high-pressure pipes (small diameter) and low-pressure pipes (large diameter), ensuring the continuity and stability of the refrigeration cycle. It serves as the "lifeline" of the air conditioning system.

The BYD Qin PLUS DM-i features a plug-in hybrid system, and its A/C system must operate under both engine-driven and pure electric drive conditions. This product is developed and manufactured strictly according to BYD OEM technical standards. The pipes feature a composite structure of high-strength aluminum alloy hard pipes and multi-layer pressure-resistant rubber hoses, with an outer insulation layer to ensure stable refrigerant flow under high pressure (approximately 1.5-3MPa) and extreme temperatures (-30°C to 80°C). The pipe connection dimensions are 100% precisely matched with the original vehicle for direct OEM replacement.
