It is a core precision component that carries the rear wheel weight and ensures smooth wheel rotation—the rear wheel hub bearing assembly. As a third-generation wheel hub bearing unit, it integrates the bearing, hub, and flange into a single assembly, pre-filled with high-grade grease and featuring a lifetime maintenance-free sealing design, integrating load-bearing, guidance, and precision transmission functions. It is one of the most technologically advanced components in the automotive chassis system.

As a core sales model of BYD's pure electric vehicle lineup, the BYD Qin PLUS EV is available in multiple range versions including 420KM, 510KM, and 610KM. The vehicle features a MacPherson strut front suspension + torsion beam rear suspension chassis structure, with body dimensions of 4765-4795mm × 1837mm × 1515mm, a wheelbase of 2718mm, and a rear track of 1590mm. The rear wheel hub bearing carries the full rear weight and lateral forces of the vehicle, with its precision directly affecting wheel alignment parameters, braking performance, and driving safety.
