This product is specifically designed for the rear suspension system of the BYD Qin PLUS EV (including Champion Edition and Intelligent Driving Edition). It is a critical rubber cushioning component connecting the rear stabilizer bar to the subframe—the rear stabilizer bar bushing. Although a small component, the stabilizer bar bushing plays a core role in connecting the stabilizer bar to the frame, absorbing vibrations, and cushioning impacts, directly affecting cornering stability, straight-line ride comfort, and chassis noise performance.

As a core sales model of BYD's pure electric vehicle lineup, the BYD Qin PLUS EV features a torsion beam rear suspension structure. Due to the heavy weight and low center of gravity of the battery pack, pure electric vehicles have higher requirements for suspension stability and roll resistance. The stabilizer bar bushing acts as the chassis's "cushioning guardian," absorbing high-frequency road vibrations and impacts through the elastic deformation of rubber material, preventing noise and wear caused by metal-to-metal contact. This product is developed and manufactured strictly according to BYD OEM technical standards, using high-quality composite rubber material and precision mold vulcanization, offering excellent heat resistance, aging resistance, and fatigue resistance. The product passes rigorous high-low temperature cycle tests and salt spray tests, providing direct replacement for aged, cracked, or failed original rear stabilizer bar bushings, restoring chassis tightness and driving stability.
