Unlike traditional fuel vehicles, the cooling system for pure electric vehicles is primarily responsible for cooling the drive motor, motor control unit (MCU), and on-board charger (OBC) . The BYD Qin EV is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, whose operating temperature directly affects power output and service life. As the core component of the thermal management system, the motor radiator is responsible for dissipating the heat absorbed by the coolant during circulation, ensuring the electric drive system operates within the optimal temperature range (approximately 65-85°C).

Our product features an all-aluminum brazed construction, strictly developed based on the original Qin EV radiator data, with dimensions and mounting holes matching 1:1. The radiator core utilizes a tube-and-fin design, offering high heat dissipation efficiency and low air resistance. Each unit undergoes 100% pressure leak testing and helium leak detection, ensuring zero-defect delivery. It effectively resolves common issues such as clogging, leakage, or reduced cooling efficiency found in original radiators.

Specially optimized for the cooling characteristics and coolant flow parameters of the BYD Qin EV drive motor. The radiator core features a high-density tube-and-corrugated fin construction, with heat dissipation area approximately 15% higher than traditional fuel vehicle radiators. The flat tube design reduces coolant flow resistance, working with the electric water pump to achieve efficient circulating cooling, ensuring the motor does not overheat under high-temperature conditions or prolonged climbing.

Manufactured using all-aluminum Nocolok brazing process, offering higher strength and corrosion resistance compared to traditional copper-lead soldering. The radiator core connects to plastic tanks via mechanical clinching with rubber seals, providing higher pressure resistance. The product passes 600-hour neutral salt spray testing, demonstrating excellent corrosion resistance suitable for coastal areas and winter de-icing salt conditions. designed service life exceeds 10 years/200,000 km.

Each product undergoes 0.3MPa air pressure immersion testing and helium mass spectrometry leak detection (accuracy up to 1×10⁻⁵ Pa·m³/s) before shipment, ensuring no micro-leaks.
