 Installation Instructions

Important Safety Note:
Front fender replacement involves disassembly/reassembly of the front bumper, headlights, and camera harnesses—disconnecting the vehicle 12V battery negative terminal is recommended before replacement to prevent short circuits or accidental sensor activation. Pay attention to even gaps between the fender, bumper, and doors during installation. Professional body repair technician operation recommended.

•  Plastic clip removal tool

•  Socket wrench / Impact wrench

• Torque wrench

•  Cleaning Cloth

Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Disconnect power: Disconnect vehicle 12V battery negative terminal

2. Remove front wheel: Remove the corresponding front wheel for working clearance

3. Remove front bumper connections: Remove bolts and clips securing the front bumper to the fender

4. Disconnect camera harness: Unplug the side rearward-facing camera harness connector 

5. Remove fender mounting bolts: Remove bolts securing the front fender to the body

6. Remove old fender: Carefully remove the old front fender assembly

7. Clean mounting surface: Clean the body mounting surface and bolt holes

8. Install new fender: Position the new fender—align with mounting holes

9. Install mounting bolts: Install bolts and pre-tighten to specified torque

10. Connect camera harness: Reconnect the side rearward-facing camera harness connector—ensure secure connection

11. Reinstall front bumper connections: Reinstall bolts and clips securing the front bumper to the fender

12. Reinstall front wheel: Reinstall the front wheel and tighten, lower the vehicle

13. Function test: Start vehicle—confirm side rearward-facing camera function is normal
