Product Description

This product is specifically designed for the front bumper cooling system of the BYD Qin PLUS DM-i. It is an aerodynamic component installed between the radiator assembly and the front bumper, responsible for directing airflow—the radiator guide plate (also known as the cooling air deflector). Located at the front of the engine compartment between the radiator and the front grille, this component precisely channels oncoming airflow to the radiator core surface through a carefully designed guide channel, preventing airflow from escaping around the radiator edges. As the "invisible engineer" of engine compartment aerodynamics, it improves heat dissipation efficiency by 10%-15% without additional energy consumption while effectively reducing driving wind resistance.

The Qin PLUS DM-i front bumper has no pedestrian protection foam, featuring only an air deflector and crash beam. This compact structural layout makes the role of the radiator guide plate even more critical—it must not only ensure the sealing of the cooling air channel and precise airflow guidance but also achieve optimal aerodynamic performance within limited space, efficiently converting limited frontal airflow into cooling capacity.
