Product Description

This product is specifically designed for the front bumper system of the BYD Qin Pro DM-i (including DM dual-mode plug-in hybrid and fuel versions). It is a core structural protection component installed inside the bumper cover, connecting to the body side rails—the front bumper reinforcement assembly. As the "first line of defense" of the vehicle's front passive safety system, the front bumper reinforcement absorbs impact energy through deformation during frontal collisions and evenly transfers residual impact forces to the body side rails and crash box, maximizing protection for the passenger compartment integrity and engine bay core components. It is a critical structural component for driving safety.

The BYD Qin Pro was designed by former Audi design director Wolfgang Egger, marking the first application of the "Dragon Face" design language on a sedan. The body uses 73.5% high-strength materials, with core structures utilizing 1300/1600MPa hot-formed steel or even martensitic steel, leading the segment in structural strength. The Qin Pro DM-i is equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged engine + electric motor DM dual-mode plug-in hybrid system, with increased overall vehicle weight compared to the fuel version, placing higher demands on the load-bearing capacity and energy absorption performance of the front bumper reinforcement.

As a professional manufacturer of automotive chassis structural parts, we develop and produce strictly according to BYD OEM technical standards, using high-strength steel stamping and welding, with key stress areas optimized through finite element analysis (FEA). The crash beam features a closed B-shaped cross-section with an "LV" shaped end profile, and the crash box features pre-crushing induction grooves. The product surface is treated with an e-coat anti-corrosion finish. The product passes rigorous crash simulation tests and salt spray tests, with OE numbers precisely matching the original vehicle for direct replacement of deformed, cracked, or severely corroded original front bumper reinforcement assemblies.
