 Installation Instructions

 Important Safety Note:
Electronic fan replacement involves electrical system work—must disconnect the vehicle 12V battery negative terminal before replacement to prevent  shock or short circuit. Professional technician operation recommended .

Tools Required:

• Lift or jack with safety stands

• Socket wrench / Screwdriver set

• Multimeter (for electrical testing)

• Clip removal tool

Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Disconnect Power: Disconnect vehicle 12V battery negative terminal for safety

2. Remove Bumper/Shield: Remove front bumper or underbody shield to access fan assembly (depending on model)

3. Disconnect Electrical Connectors: Unplug power and control harness connectors from the fan assembly 

4. Remove Mounting Bolts: Remove fan assembly mounting bolts to radiator or frame

5. Remove Old Fan Assembly: Carefully remove the old fan assembly

6. Clean Mounting Area: Clean radiator surface and fan mounting seats

7. Install New Fan Assembly: Position new fan assembly, pre-tighten mounting bolts

8. Connect Harness: Reconnect fan power and control harness, ensure secure connection 

9. Reinstall Bumper/Shield: Reinstall front bumper or underbody shield

10. Reconnect & Test: Reconnect battery, start engine and turn on A/C—verify fan operation
