Installation Instructions

Tools Required:

• Plastic trim removal tool

• Phillips screwdriver / Socket wrench

• Torque wrench

• Cleaning cloth

Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Disconnect power: Disconnect vehicle 12V battery negative terminal

2. Remove door trim: Remove left front door interior trim panel to expose mirror mounting position and harness connector

3. Disconnect electrical connector: Unplug power and control harness connectors from the mirror

4. Remove mounting bolts: Remove bolts securing mirror to door

5. Remove old mirror: Carefully remove the old left outside rearview mirror assembly

6. Compare & confirm: Verify new part matches old in OE No. 15178547-00 and structure 

7. Install new mirror: Position new assembly, pre-tighten mounting bolts

8. Connect harness: Reconnect mirror harness connector, ensure secure connection

9. Reinstall door trim: Reinstall door trim panel—secure clips and screws

10. Function test: Start vehicle—test mirror adjustment, folding, heating, and memory functions
