Precision OEM OE Specification Match
Developed based on BYD Yuan Pro original vehicle data, with OE reference number 13067998-00. Center bore 60.1mm, PCD 5×114.3, mounting parameters fully matching OEM specifications for direct installation without hub centric rings.
Lightweight Aluminum Alloy Construction
Made from aluminum alloy, significantly lighter than traditional steel wheels. Effectively reduces unsprung mass for improved acceleration response and handling sensitivity.
Confirm no one is inside before operation: Ensure no one is in or around the vehicle before jacking, to prevent injury when the vehicle is lowered.
Torque wrench must be used to tighten to specification: Wheel nuts must be tightened to 130 N·m. Insufficient torque can cause the wheel to come off, resulting in serious accidents.
Park the vehicle on flat, hard ground. Engage the electronic parking brake and shift to P. Confirm no one is inside the vehicle.
Before jacking, use the lug wrench to loosen each wheel nut counterclockwise by about half a turn. With the tire still on the ground, nuts are easier to break loose.
Position the jack under the marked chassis notch, ensuring the saddle fully engages. Turn the jack handle clockwise to raise the vehicle until the tire is 2-3 cm off the ground.
Fully remove all lug nuts counterclockwise. Store nuts together. Grip the tire on both sides and pull outward to remove the old wheel.
Align the new wheel with the hub center bore and bolt holes, then push into place. Hand-thread each lug nut first, then tighten in a diagonal alternating pattern.
Lower the vehicle until the tire contacts the ground. Using a torque wrench, tighten each lug nut to 130 N·m in a diagonal sequence.
Re-torque: Recheck all lug nut torque after 50-100 km of driving.
Check air-tightness: Confirm correct tire pressure and no air leakage.
Dynamic balance: Perform dynamic balance after installation to ensure no vibration at highway speeds.
Torque wrench mandatory: Wheel nuts must be tightened with a torque wrench to 130 N·m. Do not rely on feel with onboard tools.
Hub rings required if center bore exceeds 60.1mm: If the new wheel center bore is larger than 60.1mm, hub centric rings must be installed, otherwise high-speed vibration may occur.
