Installation Instructions

Tools Required:

• Phillips screwdriver (required for some models)

•  Gloves

• Clean soft cloth (for cleaning filter housing)

A/C Filter Installation Steps

1. Locate the A/C filter: Open the passenger-side glove box—the A/C filter is typically located behind or below it

2. Remove the cover: Remove screws or clips securing the filter cover

3. Remove the old filter: Carefully pull out the old A/C filter—note the installation direction arrow

4. Clean the filter housing: Use a soft cloth to remove dust and debris from the housing

5. Install the new filter: Push the new filter into the housing following the arrow direction (airflow downward)

6. Reinstall the cover: Reinstall the filter cover—tighten screws/clips

7. Check A/C airflow: Start the vehicle and turn on A/C—confirm proper airflow

 Air Filter Installation Steps

1. Locate the air filter: Open the hood—the air filter is inside the black square plastic housing in the engine bay

2. Open the air cleaner housing: Unclip or unscrew the housing cover

3. Remove the old filter: Remove the old air filter and clean the housing interior

4. Install the new filter: Place the new filter in the housing—ensure proper sealing all around

5. Reinstall the housing: Close the air cleaner housing—secure clips/screws

• Pay attention to installation direction—the filter has an airflow arrow on the side—point the arrow in the direction of airflow

• *A/C filter recommended every year or 10,000-20,000 km; air filter recommended every 10,000-20,000 km *

• In areas with poor air quality, shorten the replacement interval is recommended

• Recommended to inspect the throttle condition when replacing the air filter
