    Installation Instructions

    Important Safety Note:
    The front bumper beam assembly is a passive safety component—replacement involves disassembly/reassembly of the bumper and body structural parts. After replacement, all bolts must be tightened to OEM standard torque; otherwise, the reliability of energy transfer during collision may be affected. Professional body repair technician operation recommended.

     Tools Required:

    •  Lift or jack with safety stands

    • Socket wrench / Impact wrench

    •  Torque

    • Plastic clip removal tool

     Installation Steps (General Reference):

    1. Remove Front Bumper: Remove front bumper cover assembly to expose the bumper beam mounting location

    2. Disconnect Sensor Harness: If required, disconnect front radar or sensor harness  Old Beam: Remove mounting bolts at the beam-to-crash-box and crash-box-to-longitudinal beam connections

    3. Remove Old Assembly: Remove the old front bumper beam assembly (including beam and crash box)

    4. Compare & Confirm: Verify new part matches old in length, mounting hole locations, and structure

    5. Install New Assembly: Position new bumper beam assembly, pre-tighten crash box-to-longitudinal beam bolts

    6. Torque to Specification: Use torque wrench to tighten all mounting bolts to OEM standard torque

    7. Reinstall Front Bumper: Reinstall front bumper cover assembly, reconnect sensor harness
