  Installation Instructions

  Important Safety Note:

  Installation Steps (General Reference):

  1. Remove Rear Bumper: Remove rear bumper cover assembly to expose the bumper beam mounting location

  2. Disconnect Sensor Harness: If required, disconnect rear radar or sensor harness connectors

  3. Remove Old Beam: Remove mounting bolts at the beam-to-rear-panel connection

  4. Remove Old Assembly: Remove the old rear bumper beam assembly

  5. Compare & Confirm: Verify new part matches old in length, mounting hole locations, and structure

  6. Install New Assembly: Position new bumper beam assembly, pre-tighten bolts

  7. Torque to Specification: Use torque wrench to tighten all mounting bolts to OEM standard torque

  8. Reinstall Rear Bumper: Reinstall rear bumper cover assembly, reconnect sensor harness
