Installation Instructions

Tools Required:

• Lift or jack with safety stands

• Socket wrench / Impact wrench

• Torque wrench

• Spring compressor (if required)

• Cleaning cloth

Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Lift Vehicle: Raise the vehicle using a lift with secure support

2. Remove Wheel: Remove the tire/wheel assembly on the corresponding side

3. Remove OEM Shock: Remove upper and lower mounting bolts—remove the factory shock assembly

4. Compare & Confirm: Verify new part matches old in length, mounting hole positions, and structure

5. Install New Shock: Position the new shock—pre-tighten upper and lower mounting bolts

6. Torque to Specification: Use torque wrench to tighten mounting bolts to specification

7. Reinstall Wheel: Reinstall wheel and tighten, lower vehicle

8. Wheel Alignment: Wheel alignment is mandatory—correct chassis data

9. Test Drive: Low-speed test drive, fine-tune damping settings (modified versions)
