Installation Instructions

 Electric Step Installation Steps (General Reference)

Tools Required:

• Socket wrench / Impact wrench

• Torque wrench

• Wiring tools

• Cleaning Cloth

Installation Steps:

1. Pre-lock base and iron plate: Assemble related components 

2. Install panel profile: Mount step panel profile, seal both ends 

3. Lock iron plate: Eliminate torque, ensure secure installation 

4. Lock base and iron plate: Ensure all mounting points are secure 

5. Connect motor and control module: One bracket's rear crank shaft connects to motor, motor connects to control module 

6. Connect power and CAN signal: Wire to vehicle power fuse and CAN signal 

7. Function test: Test step extension/retraction by opening/closing doors
